13th Annual Convening

CLINIC will hold its 13th Annual Convening in New Orleans May 19-21, 2010 at the JW Marriott.

The Annual Convening is CLINIC’s premier training event. It features insightful training, networking opportunities and updates on immigration law and issues. It also includes exciting opportunities for immigration service providers to discuss issues of importance to their work.

Payments must be received by April 23, 2010. There will not be any onsite registration.

$350 per person (Office cap of 3 persons/1,050 per office)

$275 each additional staff

Non-profit organization (with proof of 501(c)(3) status)*

$395 per person (Office cap of 3 persons/$1,185)

$360 each additional staff

CLINIC will present a number of awards during the Convening that recognizes the work of staff, donors, and volunteers.

Friend of CLINIC Award - recognizes individuals who have provided continuous and substantial support to CLINIC.

Sustaining Donor Award - recognizes an individual or organization that has sustained CLINIC by providing recurring financial support.

Lily Gutierrez Memorial Award - presented to a recently established immigration program that demonstrates outstanding service to immigrants.

Pro Bono Award - recognizes an individual, law firm, nonprofit organization or law school clinic that has provided exceptional pro bono legal representation to vulnerable immigrants.

Years of Service Award - recognizes individuals who have dedicated 5, 10, or 20 years of service in the immigration field. Nominate a member of your staff (Affiliates ONLY).
