Law & Policy Conference
Every year, CLINIC partners with the Migration Policy Institute and the Georgetown Law Center to host the Law & Policy Conference.
The conference offers law and policy analysis and discussion on cutting edge immigration issues. Featured panelists have included high ranking government officials such as Assistant Secretary for Immigration & Customs Enforcement John Morton, Sen. Charles Schumer, Sen. Zoe Lofgren, as well as academics, advocates, and other immigration experts.
Past conference topics have focused on analysis of immigrant integration in the era of budget cuts, immigration court reform, enforcement, and humanitarian issues related to refugees, asylees, and other vulnerable populations.
