14th Annual Convening

From the basics of immigration law to the most advanced issues that arise in filing petitions, CLINIC's 14th Annual Convening in Seattle, WA will offer workshops for legal services providers and immigration advocates at any level. A tentative agenda with workshop descriptions is now posted.

In addition, CLINIC has kept registration fees at the same level as 2010. CLINIC's three-day conference offers excellent updates on immigration law, insightful trainings and opportunities for staff of nonprofit immigration programs, private attorneys as well as immigration program directors.

FEES

Current CLINIC Affiliates (Agencies paying annual dues/fees):

Early Bird Fees must be received by April 4, 2011:  $275  Early bird registration fee per person   (no other discounts apply)

Fees received after April 4, 2011:  $350 Standard registration fee per person (no other discounts apply)

Non-Profit 501(c)(3) Non-Members  and Agencies Under MOU with CLINIC: 

$395 per person (No other discounts apply.)      

NOTE: Fax or mail copy of your agency’s Federal IRS 501(c)(3)designation letter and copy of your registration form to CLINIC at fax: 415-394-8696;  Mail: CLINIC, 564 Market St., Rm.416, San Francisco, CA 94104, Attn: Chris Ozaki.   We cannot process your registration without this designation letter.

Private Attorneys and staff:  $475 per person

REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS

Registration fees will be refunded, less a $100 processing fee, with a written notification postmarked by Monday, April 11th.  Refunds will not be given for no-shows or cancellations received after April 9th.  All cancellations are to be e-mailed to Chris Ozaki (Email: cozaki@cliniclegal.org).

NOTE: Cancellation of your registration will not automatically cancel your hotel reservation.  Please contact the hotel directly.
