This webinar will describe motions to the immigration court for venue, evidence filing, reopening, recalendering, and more under the EOIR Immigration Court Practice Manual. Catholic Charities Attorney Caitlin Brazill and CLINIC Attorney Peggy Gleason will present the webinar.

The Catholic Legal Immigration Network, Inc. (CLINIC) is authorized by the State Bar of California to provide minimum continuing legal education (MCLE) trainings. Attendees are eligible to claim 1.5 hours of MCLE credits. A certificate of attendance with the stated MCLE credit hours is provided after the conclusion (within 24-48 hours) of the webinar for applicants to use to apply for these credits. If you reside outside California, please check with your state bar to determine whether this training qualifies for MCLE credit. Certificates go to only those who have registered for the webinar, thus it is important for individuals to register separately.
