CLINIC Attorney Peggy Gleason and CAIR Coalition Attorney Vanessa Allyn will provide an overview of the law of asylum, the threshold requirements and practice pointers on the preparation of asylum applications. The most common impediments to a successful asylum claim will be described, and possible ways to overcome them. This seminar is designed for practitioners who are new to the practice of asylum law.
