CLINIC attorneys Charles Wheeler and Peggy Gleason will explain the basics of family-based immigration for beginning practitioners. Part 2 will cover conversion and retention of priority dates, cross chargeability, and I-130 filing strategies. The trainers will also describe the different methods of applying for permanent residence by either adjustment of status or consular processing.
