T nonimmigrant status is available to individuals who have been victims of severe human trafficking. USCIS has just issued new regulations on adjustment of status for those in T nonimmigrant status. The panelists on this webinar will dissect the T adjustment regulations and discuss eligibility requirements, supporting evidence, inadmissibility issues, travel and work authorization. The panelists will be Sarah Bronstein and Helen Chen, Staff Attorneys with Catholic Legal Immigration Network, Inc. Please note this webinar will not discuss the eligibility requirements for T nonimmigrant status in depth as the focus will be on adjustment of status for those already in T status.
