Special Immigrant Juvenile Status is an immigration benefit available to children who have been the victims of abuse, abandonment or neglect. The panelists on this webinar will discuss the eligibility requirements and the procedures for applying. They will also discuss the special considerations for children who are detained in federal custody and children in removal proceedings. The panelists will be Kristina Karpinski and Sarah Bronstein, attorneys with Catholic Legal Immigration Network, Inc.
