This webinar will discuss the purpose of documentation, types of documentation, factors related to discretion, building your case with appropriate evidence, and practice pointers Our presenter will be Barbara Hines, the Director of the University of Texas School of Law Immigration Clinic and Clinical Professor of Immigration. Professor Hines has practiced immigration law since 1975 and is the recipient of numerous awards for excellence in immigration litigation. Professor Hines also served as the first Co-Director of the Lawyers Committee for Civil Rights Under Law of Texas, Immigrant and Refugee Rights Project.
