This webinar will describe the law authorizing 287(g) operations, where it is currently being applied, and the problems it is causing around the U.S.We will explain how some communities have organize to oppose it, and discuss local and national efforts to oppose 287(g) proliferation. We will also describe lawsuits challenging the constitutional violations due to these operations.
