Over the past week, thousands of people clicked on the news stories in our daily immigration news briefings.  However, whenever there is news about the Obama administration taking a stance on immigration reform, it is usually the top story.  Impending court cases that could impact the future like the one below are also popular.  Lastly, a lot of people thought that the opportunity to give DHS their opinion was one they could not pass up.  Take a look at this week’s top stories: 

• The New York Times reports on the recent toughening stance taken by the Obama administration on immigration.


• The decision in the case of an undocumented immigrant who helped his wife cross the Mexican-American border could create precedent if this action does not count against a claim of “good moral character.”  


• The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is seeking input from the American public as part of its Quadrennial Homeland Security Review (QHSR). The QHSR National Dialogue website allows users to rate and comment on DHS proposals.
