- U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services is planning to distribute $1.2 million to community organizations that help immigrants fill out citizenship application forms. Mirna Torres, director of CLINIC’s Center for Citizenship and Immigrant Communities, applauds USCIS for helping fund the organizations' efforts. - Yesterday, a federal judge struck down a policy that made it difficult for religious workers to obtain green cards.
