In Chicago this past Saturday, a large crowd gathered to pray for and to promote reforms to our immigration laws. Cardinal Francis George, archbishop of Chicago and president of the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops, addressed those in attendance and called on the government to put an immediate end to immigration raids that threaten to separate families.
