(Fees include all materials and continental breakfast on May 24-25, and lunch on May 24.)
All payments must be received by Monday, April 9, 2012. Payments will not be accepted at the Convening.

Immediately fax a copy of your completed registration form to the National CLINIC office: 202/635-2649 to the attention of Claudia Ornelas. Mail your payment with the original registration form to: Catholic Legal Immigration Network, Inc., 415 Michigan Ave.NE 2nd Floor, Washington DC 20017, Attention: Claudia Ornelas. Forms received without payment will not be processed and registrations will not be confirmed until full payment has been received. Registration confirmation will be sent via e-mail upon receipt of full payment.
Community-based (501(c)(3)) nonprofit agencies: Fax or mail copy of your agency’s Federal IRS 501(c)(3)designation letter and copy of your registration form to CLINIC at fax# 202/635-2649; Mail: Catholic Legal Immigration Network, Inc., 415 Michigan Ave.NE 2nd Floor, Washington DC 20017, Attention: Claudia Ornelas. We cannot process your registration without this designation letter.

Diocesan Assistance Scholarship
CLINIC must first receive your payment for all registration fees in order for your agency to be considered for a scholarship. The scholarship amount will be determined by the number of requests received and available CLINIC funds. All scholarship requests and registration fees must be received by April 4, 2012.
Refunds/Cancellations
Registration fees will be refunded, less a $100 processing fee, with a written notification postmarked by Monday, April 9th. Refunds will not be given for no-shows or cancellations received after April 9th. All cancellations are to be e-mailed to Claudia Ornelas (Email: cornelas@cliniclegal.org).
NOTE: Cancellation of your registration will not automatically cancel your hotel reservation. Please contact the hotel directly.
